Payment Terms

This is the policy for payment effective July 1, 2005. These terms are subject to change without notice.

Hourly Work

Hourly work will be invoiced weekly. Payment is due on receipt. If there are two outstanding (unpaid) invoices, we will be unable to work on your site until payment is brought current.

Firm Quotes

• Initial Payment: For web projects done on firm quote, 50% of the quote total is due before the project can be begin.
• Additional Work: If you request additional work, outside of the scope of the original quote, we will be pleased to provide it. This work will be done on an hourly basis. Payment for additional work is due on receipt of the invoice.
• Final Payment: The final payment for the website work is due at the time of completion. Immediately following final payment, the website can be published.

Bad Checks

Any bad checks received will incur an additional $25.00 fee in addition to the invoice total.
